I have chopped all the leaves and stems of the Habenaro peppers plants to overwinter. If you didn't know, you can keep your pepper plants each year as a perennial. It's not guaranteed that it will live, but it's work trying. I plan to plant another to compare the growing cycles and how they perform against each other. I also sprayed the roots to hopefully not have any pests while it goes dormant. I put it in a smaller container and added new soil.
